Returns and Exchanges:
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, or are not happy with your purchase we will do our best to accept, replace, or refund any predetermined acceptable merchandise item(s) for exchange or return within 14 days of delivery for purchases within the U.S and 21 days of delivery outside of the U.S. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipments of any kind.
All items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed, worn, used, or altered in anyway. All items must be free of stains, strong odors, and any and all debris such as lint, pet hair, etc. All exchanges will be at the discretion of management and are only available for an item identical to the item originally purchased.
Items that are non-refundable include; Any physical media (CD’s, DVD’s, etc), Digital/ downloadable merchandise/media such as MP3s and video messages and any and all personalized items. Intimate apparel, including but not limited to underwear, socks, and sleep wear will not be accepted for return or exchange. As well, kitchenware items such as; water bottles, and cups may not be returned or exchanged. Anything listed as a Limited Edition, Sale, or Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
If there is a need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your cancellation or change. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will do our best to help you.
The Max & Harvey Official Store will not re-ship any orders or refund any customer whose order was not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
To make changes or cancel your order, as well as for any and all exchanges, returns, and refunds please email us at: email@example.com with your first and last name, order number, the email address connected to the PayPal account that was used to purchase the item, and whether it is a return or an exchange that you are inquiring about and why. Once a customer service representative has approved a return or exchange they must be mailed to: Returns- Crowd Surf, 5855 Green Valley Circle #204, Culver City, CA 90230, United States. Tracking for the shipment being returned or exchanged must be purchased at the expense of the customer and the tracking number must be emailed to a customer service representative at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not liable for packages not received.
Once your return has been received, we will exchange your item or credit your credit card accordingly. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
